Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
Kişisel verileriniz; web sitemizdeki iletişim/teklif formları, e-posta yazışmaları ve telefon görüşmeleri gibi kanallar aracılığıyla, elektronik ortamda toplanmaktadır.
Bu veriler, KVKK'nın 5. maddesinde belirtilen aşağıdaki hukuki sebeplere dayanılarak işlenmektedir:
- Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması
- Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
- İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati

Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel Veri Sahibinin Hakları (KVKK Madde 11)

- İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
- Kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
